Thank you Pycon for making our dream become a reality. This time 1 year ago, Stephanie and I were nervous and unsure of the process and steps to building our first home. After speaking to many different builders, it was Pycon, and Tanya imparticular, who made us certain, that this is who we wanted to build with. First impressions meant everything in such a big decision like this for us, and Pycon and Tanya made us feel comfortable the minute we walked into their display home. Everything went so smoothly with Pycon
I have just had the most wonderful experience building my new home with Pycon Homes – from start to finish! I started the process with another builder to the point of giving them a deposit, but soon realised that their process wasn’t transparent or upfront. It felt misleading and on several occasions I asked for things to be done only to be let down. To add to this, everything in the home needed to be upgraded. Their inclusions were simply not good enough to enjoy living in a functional new home – they didn’t even include a driveway. To make matters worse, before a final price was given to me I was asked to sign a contract in an effort to speed up the process. Because of this I jumped over to Pycon and couldn’t be happier. After finally settling into such an amazing house I wanted to thank you all for such a wonderful, seamless process. A process that you all took me through, from the very beginning to the end, where I, family and friends are experiencing JOY. From the very beginning, meeting the girls, extremely intelligent and knowing women, providing beautiful options to how the house could be and at the same time really being aware of my costs. Working through contracts, variations plans, positioning of the house. The management aspects for internal and external aspects were amazing. There was so much care, attention and professionalism given to every process. Thankyou! It all really came together extremely fast, which I was totally shocked about. Fantastic Experience
I built my first home with Pycon many years ago and it was a fantastic experience. They were accommodating, transparent, organised and extremely professional. The process was new to me at the time and they made what should have been a difficult experience an absolute dream. Thumbs up team.

I feel well quailed to provide information in relation to the Port Macquarie Builder Pycon Homes and Constructions Pty Ltd as I have been working closely with them for the past several years and have developed medium density housing with a value exceeding $4,000, 000. There can be no greater testament to their competence than to advise we are shortly to engage them for a further development in the region of $3,000,000. Many builders have the ability to provide reasonable levels of finish and to complete the developments on time. Regretfully, however, in this industry the greatest danger to time and profit is compliance issues. Without doubt compliance has become the number one danger to the development industry and this is the area which the average builder has little knowledge of the issues and even less ability to navigate through the endless

During that time Pycon has constructed for the Diocese 4 dwellings in Glebe Close, Port Macquarie; 22 Free standing Strata units in Lake Road, Port Macquarie; 12 free standing strata dwellings in Mitchell Street South West Rocks; 5 canal/river front dwellings in Port Macquarie; 8 land and house packages, Mill House estate, Port Macquarie and currently Pycon is the builder for a Long Day Care centre now under constmction for the Diocese off Major Innes Drive Port Macquarie. We have always found the company very accommodating to our requirements, honest and professional in their dealings with us.
