ANY FLOORPLAN CAN GO WITH ANY FACADE

OUR 5 FACADE STYLES

Are you seeking a Modern or Contemporary sanctuary, a charming Traditional, a Hamptons haven, or a cool Coastal retreat? At Pycon we offer a huge range of facades that broadly fall within these five categories.
All of our floorplans can be matched with any of our facades so once you’ve found your floorplan take your time to find the facade that suits your style. Remember, we can switch orientations, widen garages, alter entrances and more, so don’t worry if you don’t see exactly what you want, we can work with you to get it right!

#1 CONTEMPORARY

Contemporary house design typically means the inclusion of trending looks or modern materials, while still maintaining longevity in street appeal. It is fluid in its evolution and so overlaps with other design types.

A warmth that instils comfort is a feature of contemporary homes and makes the contemporary house facade even more appealing to today’s modern homeowner.
It is a style that will stand ageless due to its timeless features.

CONTEMPORARY FEATURES:

Classic colour schemes.

Sleek Colorbond roofing.

Stone & timber.

#2 MODERN

Modern design homes have a sleek, sophisticated and minimalist aesthetic that is achieved through the use of contrasting materials, clean lines, and neutral colour palettes.

The facade of these homes is the first thing that visitors will see, and it sets the tone for the entire property.

MODERN FEATURES:

Flat or invisible roof lines.

Contrasting materials.

Use of cubes and vertical lines.

Neutral colour palette.

Strong, sharp lines.

#3 COASTAL

A coastal inspired home is the essence of relaxed beach living, bringing the feeling of the ocean and coast indoors. The design style is characterised using organic materials and finishes in neutral and white tones, creating a bright and airy environment.

Due to the nature of the beach and ocean, horizontal lines are a favourite feature for coastal facade lovers. If building close to the coastal environment, cement and composite materials such as James Hardie Linea and Stria cladding are great choices for longevity and good looks.

COASTAL FEATURES:

Weatherboard and timber panelling.

Clad stone features.

Use of cubes and vertical lines.

Large windows and skylights.

Indoor / outdoor spaces.

White and neutral palette.

#4 HAMPTONS

A Hamptons home is the epitome of coastal chic and elegance. Characterized by a visually stunning façade, the perfect mix of cladding, stone features, and white trims, these homes embody the sophisticated beach vibe that is so sought after.

The key to achieving a true Hamptons look is in the attention to detail and the use of clean, white trims and battens.

HAMPTONS FEATURES:

Soft muted hues.

Clean white trims.

Distinct roof design.

Elegant and impactful gables.

#5 TRADITIONAL

A Traditional house design can include dominant contemporary style brickwork with tiled roof. Well thought out occasional inclusion of cladding features will bring texture interest to any Traditional façade.

Brick is a timeless and classic choice for a home exterior. Perfect for people who prefer a classic or more traditional look. The Traditional facade will suit any streetscape and fit right in within any suburb.
The simplicity of this facade is perfect for adding beautiful landscaping and feature foliage.  A brick facade also has many advantages such as sound proofing and energy insulation.

TRADITIONAL FEATURES:

Tiled or Colorbond roofing.

Stained hardwood posts.

Stained timber front doors.

Cladding + brickwork.
