This HIA award winning residential lifestyle development is an over 55’s retirement village owned and managed by Australian Unity.
SIENNA GRANGE
Sienna Grange is located in Port Macquarie with the village master plan consisting of 63 independent residential villas, a bocce court and community centre. This master plan was completed in 2018.
Developed by the local RSL club, Cameron Grange is characterised by 15, 2 Bedroom Units. Another Award Winner for Pycon Homes.
CAMERON GRANGE, over 55's
Before demolition, the site consisted of 4 older homes. The treatment and removal of asbestos was going to be a challenge. We determined the best method to alleviate this challenge and to reduce contamination was to retain the asbestos on site, under the building footprint. Another challenge was the extensive piering that was required throughout the site due to the contaminated material under the slabs. The location meant on site underground water retention tanks needed to be installed to manage the flow of water into the nearby stormwater systems.
This project was constructed for Australian Unity and involved the demolition of existing aged living units and construction of 12 independent living units over 2 levels with lifts.
GOVERNORS RESORT
All these units were specifically constructed to meet ageing needs and disabled access requirements. The Community Centre was also completely refurbished internally and externally.
Sala is a luxury MBA award winning medium density development of 7 luxury waterfront 2 storey townhouses and 1 single level villa.
SALA
The project included arranging the overall design, registration of part Strata and Torrens title, upgrading of electrical provisions, installation of 3 jetties and extensive landscaping.
This 8 villa gated complex was constructed off a main arterial road, Ocean Drive, Port Macquarie.
OCEAN DRIVE
The development had numerous compliance issues to overcome during construction and involved on-site stormwater detention, extensive landscaping, fencing and security gate requirements.
A multi dwelling development of 5 waterfront 2 storey townhouses in Sirius Close, Port Macquarie.
SIRIUS CLOSE
Each townhouse had a detached double garage with an overhead footbridge connecting the garages to the homes. The site had extremely limited space and access making the project challenging from beginning to end.
Built for a developer are these six modern two-storey townhouses near the waterfront, with uparalled views.
THE PROMENADE
In addition to the core construction & development work, the project also involved comprehensive landscaping efforts. Including the design, arrangement and installation of fully grown mature trees, to enhance the developments aesthetic appeal and functionality.

The project was constructed in North Harbour Estate, Port Macquarie and involved arranging design detail, registration of the Strata, construction of boatsheds, installation of a jetty, fencing and landscaping.
