EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED

The experience we had building with Pycon absolutely exceeded our expectations. We could not have been more delighted with both the process, and the result. We needed a lot of help to figure out what kind home was going to work best for our family. And the Pycon team could not have been more helpful. The first challenge was our oddly-shaped lot. But not to fear, because Belina took an incredible amount of time helping us tweak one of Pycon’s existing plans to perfectly suit our bizarre lot. We even got to throw in a few flourishes of our own. Once the plans were drawn and the contract signed, it was on to our selections. This part was the most daunting for us, because while we knew what we liked, we are definitely NOT interior designers. But again, no problem. Pycon’s Interior Designer, Lory, chaperoned us in our initial selections and imparted some guiding principles that empowered us to navigate the remaining choices with much better confidence. When it came time to actually build is when Pycon really shined, thanks to our liaison and site supervisor. Thank you Pycon for making our dream become a reality. This time 1 year ago, Stephanie and I were nervous and unsure of the process and steps to building our first home. After speaking to many different builders, it was Pycon, and Tanya imparticular, who made us certain, that this is who we wanted to build with. First impressions meant everything in such a big decision like this for us, and Pycon and Tanya made us feel comfortable the minute we walked into their display home. Every step of the way, Pycon was more than helpful and assisting. Louise and Kristy were a dream to work with if ever we had questions or recommendations. Any question we had, they answered it making the whole process feel comfortable and a breeze. Danny managed our build perfectly for us, was always contactable, and just a legend to get along with on top of everything else. As for the whole Pycon team, everybody was more than approachable if ever we needed to get in contact. While keeping the process extremely professional, they were down to earth, fun and just great people to work with. We are already pushing friends and family to

We’re not quite sure how we got so lucky finding Pycon, but we’re grateful we did. Because the choice to go with Pycon made all the difference.

Thankyou Pycon Homes for making our amazing dream home come true. As a couple looking to retire in the mid nth coast area searching to purchase a property. We found an established quality home which we were not able to purchase at the time, it was built by Pycon Homes. After viewing the Pycon home we decided to purchase land and built exactly what we were looking for. On our visit to Sovereign display village at Pycon Homes we viewed the Sapphire display home it was the perfect layout to suit our needs.
