Pycon was exceptional
My experience with building with Pycon was exceptional, definitely recommend this builder to anyone looking to build a new home. From my initial meetings with Belina in Sales where plans were drawn, to working with the contracts team Erin and Kristy and of course John through the build, the process was very professional. A special shout out to Lory the interior designer who imparted her knowledge and eased the burden on some of my initial selections. I am a very satisfied customer, thank you Pycon!
In record timing
To the team at Pycon: Kristy, Erin, Lori and all those who have been along our journey. Our biggest thank you for the smoothest, most accommodating build process we have been a part of. We are so lucky to have been delivered such a beautiful, well put together home in record timing. We look forward to the many beautiful memories that the home will house.
First class job at a great price
We contracted Pycon homes to build our new home and feel it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our experience has been so positive throughout the entire process and the quality of the finished house is excellent. Having built previously we knew what we were wanting and Pycon was able to accommodate all our requirements. We have no reservations in recommending Pycon to anyone wanting a first class job at a great price. Pycon homes have been fantastic from start to finish and delivered on every aspect – timelines, quality, level of finish and budget. Our site supervisor Ashley was terrific and really made us feel like part of the build. Nothing was ever a problem, and he just kept things to the schedule. The team in the office were so good to deal with, particularly considering
Honest fixed price contract
This is the biggest purchase you will ever make and I have done alot of research that led me to building with Pycon. I have just moved in and felt like I am home from the moment I walked in the door. The process from start to finish has been amazing and I felt like part of the family from day 1. The staff are all locals and you will likely meet them at your local kids football game or down at the local pub which provides an amazing level of confidence that they have your best interests at heart. Do not fall for the initial cheap price from some builders as they will add thousands to the build as you go along. Pycon provided the only honest fixed price contract and also provided a high standard of finishes at the start
Multi Dwelling Build
I have just concluded a multi dwelling build with Pycon Homes and I could not be any happier. This was my first construction project and experience, and the Pycon team have been great since day one and were extremely responsive and helpful with any queries that I had. The design team worked closely with me to optimise the layout and the footprint and provided practical and helpful feedback. Lori in the exterior/interior design team was extremely knowledgeable about current trends, and was also very patient as I changed my mind several times on different options but made sure it all worked together. A special mention and shout out to Erin in the client services team who provided me with regular updates which was extremely helpful and appreciative given I was working remote for much of the entire build process, what a star!
Seamless from start to finish
Our home building experience with Pycon Homes was seamless from start to finish. Building time was so fast with trades onsite almost daily and communication from all staff was amazing at all times. Keegan, (site supervisor) was always willing to bend over backwards and all the trades were polite, did good work and they kept the site clean and orderly. Good management of the job made it stress free for us. Thankyou Pycon Homes, we are really grateful to you for our gorgeous New Home!
Would build with them again
A huge shout out to the Pycon Homes Team, in particular Richard, Russel and Kristy, on delivering our custom higher end challenging homes. Richard handles all the challenges well, he roles his sleeves up and gets it done. We recommend Pycon Homes and would build with them again on future projects. Thank you Pycon Team!
Meticulous attention to detail
We recently built an investment home with PYCON in Port Macquarie and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional, making every stage of the build smooth and stress-free. The entire team demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship. We were particularly impressed by how proactive and transparent they were throughout the process — every question was answered promptly, and every step was handled with care and precision. The finished home exceeded our expectations, both in design and in build quality. We would confidently recommend PYCON to anyone looking for a builder who combines professionalism, integrity, and excellence in every aspect of their work
Supportive and Exciting
I recently built my dream home with Pycon, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The whole team made the process feel smooth, supportive, and exciting. A big thank you to Erin in customer support — she was always warm, helpful, and incredibly organised, making everything feel that little bit easier. Michael, my site supervisor, was dependable and detail-focused, and I felt confident knowing he was overseeing the build. Lori, the interior designer, was amazing when it came to colour selections. Her guidance and eye for design really helped me feel confident in the choices I made, and the finished look is exactly what I hoped for. Belina, who designed my floor plan, took the time to understand how I wanted to live in the space and delivered something that is both beautiful and practical. And a special mention to
Without a single complaint
Dear Amazing Pycon Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything you have done to make our dream home a reality. From start to finish, your attention to detail, excellent communication, and unwavering support have truly set you apart. When we started this journey, we received feedback from builders who told us that our budget wouldn’t allow us to build the home we dreamed of. However, you took the time to listen to our vision and worked tirelessly to find the right plans that fit within our budget, bringing all our aspirations to life. On top of that, you provided immense support and assistance throughout the process to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. I don’t think many can say they went through the home-building process without a single complaint, but we certainly can! No
‘All phenomenal’
We’ve absolutely loved living in our new home for the past 2 months now. What a wonderful experience our family had with Pycon Homes. From the very beginning, the team were so patient with us while we quite literally re-designed their Drysdale design, in fact other than the master, I think every internal space was either moved or changed in some way, so the flexibility we had was something most builders don’t allow, let alone encourage. We are in the middle of a 120-acre farm, 35 minutes outside of Port Macquarie, so capturing our outlook from inside was so important. I also had a very strong vision of ‘Farmhouse Hamptons’, which through selections Lory really supported in keeping me on track with plus offered ideas I wouldn’t have thought of. Our beautiful double-sided wood fire now sits in the central heart of
We are extremely happy
We would like to say Thank You to Pycon for building us a beautiful home! We were really pleased with the whole process. From the start with Belina working out a plan that would suit what we were after, to Lory who was so helpful with the interior designing stage. Her knowledge & co-ordinating of colours and styles was exceptional. To the admin staff, Erin & Kristy who were so helpful. We could ask them anything and it was never a problem, they would resolve any issues asap. Also, Richard, Scott, Drew and our site supervisor Ash were always available to help and answer any queries we had. As we lived 350kms away from the build, it was never an issue if we needed information and updates. Pycon delivered us our forever home that we are extremely happy with. We were impressed
