This is the biggest purchase you will ever make and I have done alot of research that led me to building with Pycon. I have just moved in and felt like I am home from the moment I walked in the door. The process from start to finish has been amazing and I felt like part of the family from day 1. The staff are all locals and you will likely meet them at your local kids football game or down at the local pub which provides an amazing level of confidence that they have your best interests at heart. Do not fall for the initial cheap price from some builders as they will add thousands to the build as you go along. Pycon provided the only honest fixed price contract and also provided a high standard of finishes at the start which meant very little variations. The designer they provided to pick my finishes made it an awesome experience and the supervisor that was assigned to my build remained to the end and was a perfectionist. Pycon strive to be an honest company and I would highly recommend them to anyone building a home – I will only ever build again with Pycon. Cheers
