Part of selecting a building partner is selecting a house but the next biggest part is ensuring there's nothing hidden or missing on your contract. We try and be as transparent as possible - giving you everything you need to move in (and a bit more) as standard. This means you're free to customise and upgrade knowing there won't be any nasty surprises.

Like other builders, we don’t include; fences – as they require neighbour consultation, landscaping – which requires maintenance and window furnishings – which are best put in once the home is seen altogether. Unlike many other builders we include the driveway – check that your other contracts do too, because this can often be left off – but you can’t drive in, let alone move in without one!

We include multiple power points in each room – check that your other contracts aren’t only including one per room; or you’ll be down at the hardware store buying extension powerboards from day one. We include free expert interior design advice – check that your other contracts offer this too; the peace of mind that comes with knowing you are nailing the look you want for your interiors – and exterior! – is priceless.
