I would like to thank Pycon for building our development of five townhouses. During the course of construction, we were very impressed at how well the project was managed through a very challenging time (floods & covid19 lockdowns and supply Issues). Communication was great and I felt that Pycon were willing to problem solve any issue we came across with a reasonable, common-sense approach. It was obvious from the start that the Pycon team had the same goals we had, a high quality finish, on time and to budget. I could not recommend a company more highly and should I find myself building again in the future, I would certainly look to have Pycon manage the build. Thank you Pycon for a great experience.

I engaged Pycon for the construction of my new house, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Having worked with other builders in the past, I must say that Pycon truly stands out in comparison. The entire process was extremely smooth, and once the foundation was laid, the progress was fast and efficient. John McNeil, Erin Hardaker, Lori and our building manager John Burke were a pleasure to deal with and an absolute credit to the company. Their professionalism and willingness to address my calls and questions, no matter how frequent or repetitive, truly impressed me. I was thoroughly impressed with the final outcome of the project. The Pycon team have a focus on perfection which is evident in every aspect of the build. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

When we decided to relocate from Sydney to Port Macquarie it was really important that we found a local building company we could trust. Our goal was to have our home built and ready to move in the day we arrived in Port. Pycon came highly recommended and after looking through their display home at Sovereign Hills we were really impressed with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. After talking with the team we were very confident that we could return to Sydney during the building phase and that our home was in good hands. We are so happy with the end result. Our home is everything what we had hoped for. Beautiful, stylish and plenty of room for our two boys. We’re really glad we built with Pycon.

As a builder myself, I had some pretty high expectations when it came to building our retirement home in Lake Cathie. Pycon exceeded every one. Judi and I knew exactly what we wanted. We designed our home on the kitchen bench – a combination of all the features we loved. It was important that we found a builder that would take care to do the job right. Pycon’s reputation meant better prices, higher quality of trades and materials, and a faster build time compared with others. I really was quite impressed. Even the sand used was the “good stuff” – which is a lot more important than you might think. In the end, our home was exactly how we had imagined it would be. And, surprisingly the cost was well below what we expected to pay for  such a high quality home. We would definitely build with

Our first home was a Pycon home and we were so impressed with what they built that when we had the opportunity to move to acreage in King Creek we went straight back to the Pycon team to see what they could come up with.  Once again they exceed our expectations and gave us the dream home we’ve always wanted.  The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable and the Pycon team was always there to offer advice and support. This wont be our last Pycon Home.

Friendly staff with tons of local knowledge, excellent service and communication. It was a new experience for me as I have never taken on anything like this on my own before it could have been such a daunting task but the staff at Pycon Homes made me feel so welcome and nothing was a problem for them, they were great.
