When we decided to relocate from Sydney to Port Macquarie it was really important that we found a local building company we could trust. Our goal was to have our home built and ready to move in the day we arrived in Port. Pycon came highly recommended and after looking through their display home at Sovereign Hills we were really impressed with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. After talking with the team we were very confident that we could return to Sydney during the building phase and that our home was in good hands. We are so happy with the end result. As a builder myself, I had some pretty high expectations when it came to building our retirement home in Lake Cathie. Pycon exceeded every one. Judi and I knew exactly what we wanted. We designed our home on the kitchen bench – a combination of all the features we loved. It was important that we found a builder that would take care to do the job right. Pycon’s reputation meant better prices, higher quality of trades and materials, and a faster build time compared with others. I really was quite impressed. Even the sand used was the “good stuff” – which is a lot more important than you might think. In the end, our home was exactly how we had imagined it would be. Our first home was a Pycon home and we were so impressed with what they built that when we had the opportunity to move to acreage in King Creek we went straight back to the Pycon team to see what they could come up with.  Once again they exceed our expectations and gave us the dream home we’ve always wanted.  The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable and the Pycon team was always there to offer advice and support. This wont be our last Pycon Home.

Friendly staff with tons of local knowledge, excellent service and communication. It was a new experience for me as I have never taken on anything like this on my own before it could have been such a daunting task but the staff at Pycon Homes made me feel so welcome and nothing was a problem for them, they were great. Peter and I would like to acknowledge the wonderful building experience we had with you and the whole Pycon team throughout the construction of our new home at Diamond Beach. Communication and commitment to detail were obvious throughout the entire process. Everyone we encountered was thoroughly professional, friendly and accommodating. This includes John Moody from the display home right through to Mark the handyman.
