We have had a new residence built by the team at Pycon Homes here in Port Macquarie. All our dealings with them from the initial contact, through planning and then finally building have been simple and easy. Communications have always been responded to quickly and our building supervisor was always ready to accommodate us if we wanted to view where the build was up to. We have been in residence for 4 weeks now and are really happy with how our build has turned out. The experience we had building with Pycon absolutely exceeded our expectations. We could not have been more delighted with both the process, and the result. We needed a lot of help to figure out what kind home was going to work best for our family. And the Pycon team could not have been more helpful. The first challenge was our oddly-shaped lot. But not to fear, because Belina took an incredible amount of time helping us tweak one of Pycon’s existing plans to perfectly suit our bizarre lot. We even got to throw in a few flourishes of our own. Once the plans were drawn and the contract signed, it was on to our selections.
