We found an established quality home which we were not able to purchase at the time, it was built by Pycon Homes. After viewing the Pycon home we decided to purchase land and built exactly what we were looking for. On our visit to Sovereign display village at Pycon Homes we viewed the Sapphire display home it was the perfect layout to suit our needs. We would especially like to thank: – Tanya who was incredibly professional and helpful with our selections, variations and costing from our wish list to our affordable list noting was a problem to her. John, Kristy and Louise for answering all of our questions, variations and guidance throughout our construction time. Richard for prompt response and availability for any issues that occurred during and after construction.
