We contracted Pycon homes to build our new home and feel it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our experience has been so positive throughout the entire process and the quality of the finished house is excellent. Having built previously we knew what we were wanting and Pycon was able to accommodate all our requirements. We have no reservations in recommending Pycon to anyone wanting a first class job at a great price. Honest fixed price contract
This is the biggest purchase you will ever make and I have done alot of research that led me to building with Pycon. I have just moved in and felt like I am home from the moment I walked in the door. The process from start to finish has been amazing and I felt like part of the family from day 1. The staff are all locals and you will likely meet them at your local kids football game or down at the local pub which provides an amazing level of confidence that they have your best interests at heart. Do not fall for the initial cheap price from some builders as they will add thousands to the build as you go along. Pycon provided the only honest fixed price contract and also provided a high standard of finishes at the start
Multi Dwelling Build
I have just concluded a multi dwelling build with Pycon Homes and I could not be any happier. This was my first construction project and experience, and the Pycon team have been great since day one and were extremely responsive and helpful with any queries that I had. The design team worked closely with me to optimise the layout and the footprint and provided practical and helpful feedback. Lori in the exterior/interior design team was extremely knowledgeable about current trends, and was also very patient as I changed my mind several times on different options but made sure it all worked together. A special mention and shout out to Erin in the client services team who provided me with regular updates which was extremely helpful and appreciative given I was working remote for much of the entire build process, what a star!
Seamless from start to finish
Our home building experience with Pycon Homes was seamless from start to finish. Building time was so fast with trades onsite almost daily and communication from all staff was amazing at all times. Keegan, (site supervisor) was always willing to bend over backwards and all the trades were polite, did good work and they kept the site clean and orderly. Good management of the job made it stress free for us. Thankyou Pycon Homes, we are really grateful to you for our gorgeous New Home!
