As a builder myself, I had some pretty high expectations when it came to building our retirement home in Lake Cathie. Pycon exceeded every one. Judi and I knew exactly what we wanted. We designed our home on the kitchen bench – a combination of all the features we loved. It was important that we found a builder that would take care to do the job right. Pycon’s reputation meant better prices, higher quality of trades and materials, and a faster build time compared with others. I really was quite impressed. Even the sand used was the “good stuff” – which is a lot more important than you might think. In the end, our home was exactly how we had imagined it would be. And, surprisingly the cost was well below what we expected to pay for  such a high quality home. We would definitely build with Pycon again.
