This is your ‘house in the air’, we know to within two percent exactly how much it will cost to build. We’ve built more than a thousand homes over the past 40 years, and our extensive experience allows us to quote accurately on the cost of the building:

Putting your ‘house on the ground’ depends on the block.
Block costs can have huge variations, which can be pleasantly or unpleasantly surprising. We don’t sign you to any contract until we both have a full picture of the block costs:
Soil suitability. Slope / gradient. Bushfire rating. Retaining walls. BASIX. Overrun services. Govt regulations.

How you want to finish the house with your personal touches.
Your contract with us covers everything needed to make your place ready to move in (fencing and landscaping not included) and includes a few important things that many others don’t, like your driveway! But you still get the choice to add personal touches or upgrade areas that are especially important to you:
Upgraded selections. Upgraded finishes. Upgraded appliances. Increases to sqm. Choice of facade. Customisations.
