When Bob and Julie first visited it was very early days and they were “just looking”. They were in no hurry, had owned the land for some time, and their plans to retire and build were some time off. Bob and Julie were not expecting to find the right plan, at the right price, or a builder that offered the flexibility to modify the designs to suit their individual needs. In search of a plan that took advantage of their golf course views they had a set vision of a servery bench that they could use as a bar area to connect the kitchen with the alfresco, so with that, come the customisation of our Bayside to suit. They didn’t want to compromise the size of the WIR so we increased its width under the eave at the rear to keep it a reasonable size whilst still getting in the additional bar and servery area. When the plan come in on budget they decided then and there to give us the go ahead – albeit ahead of their original plans, as they felt so confident with what we’d put forward.

How small changes make a big difference
"Just wanted to share our experience with PYCON so far. Having reached the point where we have signed our contract & are getting ready to submit to council, our experience has been first class. We first met with Belina at Port Macquarie who gave us so much of her time on a busy Saturday. We had wanted to make what we thought would be a difficult change to the master suite by adding a butlers pantry however Belina came up with an inspired solution which was exactly what we wanted. When it came to other changes including facades, we were amazed at how flexible PYCON are. Another big advantage is that they have you ready to move in with screens, flooring & a driveway. Once we moved to the quotation stage, Anna was so helpful in accommodating our requests. We were extremely happy that the quote & contract price came in exactly in line with what we were expecting. Given the current climate, we've found that our dealings with everyone at PYCON has inspired confidence which is very comforting as we are over 3 hours away from where we will be building in Harrington.
