Would build with them again
A huge shout out to the Pycon Homes Team, in particular Richard, Russel and Kristy, on delivering our custom higher end challenging homes. Richard handles all the challenges well, he roles his sleeves up and gets it done. We recommend Pycon Homes and would build with them again on future projects. Thank you Pycon Team!
Meticulous attention to detail
We recently built an investment home with PYCON in Port Macquarie and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional, making every stage of the build smooth and stress-free. The entire team demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship. We were particularly impressed by how proactive and transparent they were throughout the process — every question was answered promptly, and every step was handled with care and precision. The finished home exceeded our expectations, both in design and in build quality. We would confidently recommend PYCON to anyone looking for a builder who combines professionalism, integrity, and excellence in every aspect of their work
Supportive and Exciting
I recently built my dream home with Pycon, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The whole team made the process feel smooth, supportive, and exciting. A big thank you to Erin in customer support — she was always warm, helpful, and incredibly organised, making everything feel that little bit easier. Michael, my site supervisor, was dependable and detail-focused, and I felt confident knowing he was overseeing the build. Lori, the interior designer, was amazing when it came to colour selections. Her guidance and eye for design really helped me feel confident in the choices I made, and the finished look is exactly what I hoped for. Belina, who designed my floor plan, took the time to understand how I wanted to live in the space and delivered something that is both beautiful and practical. And a special mention to
Without a single complaint
Dear Amazing Pycon Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything you have done to make our dream home a reality. From start to finish, your attention to detail, excellent communication, and unwavering support have truly set you apart. When we started this journey, we received feedback from builders who told us that our budget wouldn’t allow us to build the home we dreamed of. However, you took the time to listen to our vision and worked tirelessly to find the right plans that fit within our budget, bringing all our aspirations to life. On top of that, you provided immense support and assistance throughout the process to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. I don’t think many can say they went through the home-building process without a single complaint, but we certainly can! No
‘All phenomenal’
We’ve absolutely loved living in our new home for the past 2 months now. What a wonderful experience our family had with Pycon Homes. From the very beginning, the team were so patient with us while we quite literally re-designed their Drysdale design, in fact other than the master, I think every internal space was either moved or changed in some way, so the flexibility we had was something most builders don’t allow, let alone encourage. We are in the middle of a 120-acre farm, 35 minutes outside of Port Macquarie, so capturing our outlook from inside was so important. I also had a very strong vision of ‘Farmhouse Hamptons’, which through selections Lory really supported in keeping me on track with plus offered ideas I wouldn’t have thought of. Our beautiful double-sided wood fire now sits in the central heart of
We are extremely happy
We would like to say Thank You to Pycon for building us a beautiful home! We were really pleased with the whole process. From the start with Belina working out a plan that would suit what we were after, to Lory who was so helpful with the interior designing stage. Her knowledge & co-ordinating of colours and styles was exceptional. To the admin staff, Erin & Kristy who were so helpful. We could ask them anything and it was never a problem, they would resolve any issues asap. Also, Richard, Scott, Drew and our site supervisor Ash were always available to help and answer any queries we had. As we lived 350kms away from the build, it was never an issue if we needed information and updates. Pycon delivered us our forever home that we are extremely happy with. We were impressed
Enjoyable and Calming
Thankyou Pycon Homes for making our amazing dream home come true. As a couple looking to retire in the mid nth coast area searching to purchase a property. We found an established quality home which we were not able to purchase at the time, it was built by Pycon Homes. After viewing the Pycon home we decided to purchase land and built exactly what we were looking for. On our visit to Sovereign display village at Pycon Homes we viewed the Sapphire display home it was the perfect layout to suit our needs. We would especially like to thank: – Tanya who was incredibly professional and helpful with our selections, variations and costing from our wish list to our affordable list noting was a problem to her. John, Kristy and Louise for answering all of our questions, variations and guidance throughout our
Simple and easy
We have had a new residence built by the team at Pycon Homes here in Port Macquarie. All our dealings with them from the initial contact, through planning and then finally building have been simple and easy. Communications have always been responded to quickly and our building supervisor was always ready to accommodate us if we wanted to view where the build was up to. We have been in residence for 4 weeks now and are really happy with how our build has turned out. If you are looking for a team who are experienced and professional in what they do then I recommend you get in touch with Pycon Homes.
Expectations Exceeded
The experience we had building with Pycon absolutely exceeded our expectations. We could not have been more delighted with both the process, and the result. We needed a lot of help to figure out what kind home was going to work best for our family. And the Pycon team could not have been more helpful. The first challenge was our oddly-shaped lot. But not to fear, because Belina took an incredible amount of time helping us tweak one of Pycon’s existing plans to perfectly suit our bizarre lot. We even got to throw in a few flourishes of our own. Once the plans were drawn and the contract signed, it was on to our selections. This part was the most daunting for us, because while we knew what we liked, we are definitely NOT interior designers. But again, no problem. Pycon’s Interior
Dream becomes reality
Thank you Pycon for making our dream become a reality. This time 1 year ago, Stephanie and I were nervous and unsure of the process and steps to building our first home. After speaking to many different builders, it was Pycon, and Tanya imparticular, who made us certain, that this is who we wanted to build with. First impressions meant everything in such a big decision like this for us, and Pycon and Tanya made us feel comfortable the minute we walked into their display home. Every step of the way, Pycon was more than helpful and assisting. Louise and Kristy were a dream to work with if ever we had questions or recommendations. Any question we had, they answered it making the whole process feel comfortable and a breeze. Danny managed our build perfectly for us, was always contactable, and just
Everything went so smoothly with Pycon
I have just had the most wonderful experience building my new home with Pycon Homes – from start to finish! I started the process with another builder to the point of giving them a deposit, but soon realised that their process wasn’t transparent or upfront. It felt misleading and on several occasions I asked for things to be done only to be let down. To add to this, everything in the home needed to be upgraded. Their inclusions were simply not good enough to enjoy living in a functional new home – they didn’t even include a driveway. To make matters worse, before a final price was given to me I was asked to sign a contract in an effort to speed up the process. Because of this I jumped over to Pycon and couldn’t be happier. Right from the word go,
Wonderful, seamless process.
After finally settling into such an amazing house I wanted to thank you all for such a wonderful, seamless process. A process that you all took me through, from the very beginning to the end, where I, family and friends are experiencing JOY. From the very beginning, meeting the girls, extremely intelligent and knowing women, providing beautiful options to how the house could be and at the same time really being aware of my costs. Working through contracts, variations plans, positioning of the house. The management aspects for internal and external aspects were amazing. There was so much care, attention and professionalism given to every process. Thankyou! It all really came together extremely fast, which I was totally shocked about. To meet the building supervisor and to be taken through the build was amazing. Thankyou for managing the build so well for
