Sienna Grange This HIA award winning residential lifestyle development is an over 55’s retirement village owned and managed by Australian Unity. Sienna Grange is located in Port Macquarie with the village master plan consisting of 63 independent residential villas, a bocce court and community centre. This master plan was completed in 2018.

Governors ResortThis project was constructed for Australian Unity and involved the demolition of existing aged living units and construction of 12 independent living units over 2 levels with lifts. All these units were specifically constructed to meet ageing needs and disabled access requirements. The Community Centre was also completely refurbished internally and externally.

Sala is a luxury MBA award winning medium density development of 7 luxury waterfront 2 storey townhouses and 1 single level villa. The project included arranging the overall design, registration of part Strata and Torrens title, upgrading of electrical provisions, installation of 3 jetties and extensive landscaping.

Ocean DriveThis 8 villa gated complex was constructed off a main arterial road, Ocean Drive, Port Macquarie. The development had numerous compliance issues to overcome during construction and involved on-site stormwater detention, extensive landscaping, fencing and security gate requirements.

HarboursideHIA and MBA award winning multi dwelling development of 4 luxury 2 storey townhouses. The project was constructed in North Harbour Estate, Port Macquarie and involved arranging design detail, registration of the Strata, construction of boatsheds, installation of a jetty, fencing and landscaping.

Ventura PlaceWe are currently working with two developers. One is undertaking a 36-lot subdivision and has engaged Pycon to construct all 36 homes with 19 already completed and sold. The other purchased 28 blocks within the Port Macquarie area and engaged Pycon to design and construct the dwellings.

Toorak CourtThis development consisted of 21 villas. The sale prices achieved in this project set new benchmarks for villas in Port Macquarie. The requirements of the site, Council development restrictions, trees, fire compliance and multiple on-site bio-detention basins all made for a complex construction task. completed in 2018.

Villas or Dual Occupancies can be an attractive investment opportunity due to their versatility. An investor can live in one and rent the other, rent both, sell both individually or sell as a complete investment package. Sirus CloseA multi dwelling development of 5 waterfront 2 storey townhouses in Sirus Close, Port Macquarie. Each townhouse had a detached double garage with an overhead footbridge connecting the garages to the homes. The site had extremely limited space and access making the project challenging from beginning to end.
