Letters of Reference
To Whom It May Concern:
Firstly it gives me great pleasure to provide a reference for Trevor Suitor and his company Pycon Constructions.
The association of the Anglican Diocese of Grafton and Pycon spans some 7 years. During that time Pycon has constructed for the Diocese 4 dwellings in Glebe Close, Port Macquarie; 22 Free standing Strata units in Lake Road, Port Macquarie; 12 free standing strata dwellings in Mitchell Street South West Rocks; 5 canal/river front dwellings in Port Macquarie; 8 land and house packages, Mill House estate, Port Macquarie and currently Pycon is the builder for a Long Day Care centre now under construction for the Diocese off Major Innes Drive Port Macquarie.
We have always found the company very accommodating to our requirements, honest and professional in their dealings with u.s.
Their standard of workmanship has been of the very highest standard; suffice it to say that any of the developments undertaken by the company on our behalf has been highly sort after in the market place.
On a personal level I can only say that I, and the Diocese have found Trevor Suitor a man of high integrity and moral standards, it has been a pleasure to work with him, therefore it is without hesitation that we provide this reference.

To Whom It May Concern
I feel well quailed to provide information in relation to the Port Macquarie Builder Pycon Homes and Constructions Pty Ltd as I have been working closely with them for the past three years and have developed medium density housing with a value exceeding $4,000, 000. There can be no greater testament to their competence than to advise we are shortly to engage them for a further development in the region of $3,000,000.
In my recent developments Pycon have had to contend with many issues arising from complex engineering plans, the negative input of neighbours, Council with ever changing staff interpreting approvals in different ways, difficult supply authorities etc. etc. Pycon have staff with sufficient experience and negotiating ability to address the many issues which can have a disastrous effect on a development. Their staff also have an excellent attitude when it comes to solving the many problems raised by the authorities and consultants. Their demonstrated ability is to get the project finished on time and in budget.
Pycon also have an extremely efficient administration department which has been of considerable assistance in issues with the GST and other ATO compliance matters.

Dear Sir / Madam
RE: REFERENCE FOR PYCON CONSTRUCTIONS
I have been working with Pycon Constructions since Autumn 2010, on a
development in Port Macquarie for our client Australian Unity. Pycon won a
competitive tender for the Phase 2A (5 units) in a 64 unit development. Australian Unity has negotiated with Pycon to construct the next four (4) and are about to negotiate the next two (2). The fact that they have not tendered confirms their satisfaction with Pycon.
At the start of the works there was a significant delay to the civil contract which delayed Pycon’s start date and resulted in Pycon absorbing time pressures. I was impressed with the way Pycon were able to accelerate the build program and absorb the pressures placed on them. As a contractor they have good administrative skills carried through to good site administration and site work.

To Whom It May Concern
We wish to advise you that we have had a business relationship with the Suitor family trading as Pycon since 1994. During this period of over 15 years we have been involved with all constructions projects undertaken by Pycon.
At all times we have had a business association of trust and honesty with them; this includes all financial transactions between us.
On behalf of our Electrical Contracting Company which has been trading since 1974 and been involved with a large number of building companies and developers during this period I can recommend to you that Pycon are one ofthe most professional groups we have been involved with.
